Our Shipping Policy
All orders usually leave the warehouse within 48 hours of the time the order has been placed except on weekends.
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders place on our web site please allow for a couple extras days for delivery
since we do not process the orders until the following Monday. We use UPS as our main method of shipping. We are
located in Michigan so if you are in the Midwest or on the East coast your order will arrive within 3 to 5
business days and if you are on the West coast then your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We do
offer UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air options at an additional cost. If you select
one of these expedited shipping options your order will go out the same day as long as it is place before 3:00 P.M. EST.
If your order is placed after this time and you have selected one of the expedited shipping options then it will ship
the following week day. Orders that have expedited shipping options placed during the weekend will ship out on the following
Monday. We can ship via USPS if you would like but this is not an option on the web site. If you would like us to use the
Postal Service instead of UPS then please call 1-800-245-7742 or (734) 284-7661 to request this shipping option. Since we do not go to the Post
Office every day this option will delay the shipment of your order by a few days. ORDERS GOING TO CANADA: For our customers
who live in Canada we ship your orders out using the Post Office unless your order total exceeds $200.00. If your orders are over $200.00
we will ship UPS unless you call us. If your order is shipped via UPS please keep in mind that they charge a hefty
brokerage fee. Orders going to Canada via USPS normally take at least two weeks to arrive. If you have any questions or concerns about
