Our Return Policy

Here at Classic Accents, Inc. we pride ourselves in our customer service and our customer satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return any of our products please follow this procedure. We will accept any returns within one year from date of purchase.

• Make a copy of the original invoice. If you do not have the original
  invoice then just write down your name, address, and phone number
  on a piece of paper.


• On the copy of the invoice or the piece of paper with your contact
  information please write us a note with the reason why you are
  returning the items and the course of action that you would like to
  take (exchange, refund, credit to next order).


• Then package up the items you are returning carefully so nothing
  gets damaged on its way back to us.

If you are exchanging items or ordering new items please address the package to Exchange Department instead of Returns Department. Once we have received your return please allow up to two weeks for processing. Exchanges will be processed within a week of being received.
